I made 2 appointments with this company to caulk 10 windows. The first appointment was canceled due to expected rain. The owner Mr. Johnson called me to tell me there was a 50% chance of rain on the first appointment date. The percentage was actually 30 to 40% and it ended up not raining at all that day. The second appointment was made for the following Monday. I was somewhat surprised as it was the 4th of July weekend but I said that would definitely be ok with me. I touched base with Mr. Johnson that morning he said Shaun would arrive at 8:00 am or just a bit later. Shaun was a total no show and there was absolutely no communication from the owner Mr. Johnson or anyone that worked for this company from that day on. If I could give this company no stars that would make my day! Definitely not professional, not responsive and obviously not on time. Universal Services LLC is a company you really need to overlook for any kind of work.

Gale and his assistant trimmed our kitchen counter top and installed a new stove. They did an excellent job! They worked carefully and took their time with the project. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. We really appreciate the work that they did for us.

I had them install a wall oven. I called after scheduling for Friday and asked if they could come the same day and they came and were super nice fast and friendly - and yes they wore masks too. I would highly recommend them!!!

I was in need of a plumber for a toilet that was running. I found and called Universal Plumblers. Gale returned my call and set up an appointment time. I requested that he check the toilet in my bathroom as well due to a gulping sound after flushing. He arrived and repaired both toilets by changing the kits in both of them. Five days later...the guest bedroom toilet started running again. I called and asked that he come back out. He set a date and canceled the morning just prior to coming. I asked to be contacted asap for the next appointment. I never heard from him. After a few weeks, I finally called and as usual it went to vm. A couple of days later I had to call again. He then returned my call. He said he could come out today. I stated I'm up early and he could come anytime after 7 a.m. He said it would be later and he would text me prior to coming. Its 8:30 p.m. I have not heard from him. I am disappointed in the service I received for the amount of money I paid. Very unprofessional. I have other projects that he could have been hired out for. Will never use the service again. ***Update: Gale contacted me on 6/3 and apologized. An appointment was set for 6/5. He called ahead of time to confirm and was at my door on time. The plumbing issue was corrected.
