My husband and I attended training today for CPR and First Aid so that we could complete our Foster Parenting application. I have not had such a terrible customer experience in as long as I can remember. We were about 4 min late for a Sat morning class that was scheduled 9-1:30. I was immediately loudly scolded by the instructor for obviously not understanding the meaning of starting on time. Then my husband's and my name were not on the sign in sheet so I was trying to determine where/how to sign in. The instructor sarcastically asked - 'when did you register, yesterday?' Uh, no, we registered 10 days ago and I had received multiple email and text reminders this week about our registration in the class. The instructor says we owe $200 -- uh, I paid online when I registered. Then more loud comments to the entire class (about 10 people) about not being able to start on-time due to participants not being here on time. The instructor's obnoxiousness and carrying on about this and our registration missing caused far more delay than my 4 min late entrance. I can assure you that I am not returning to this location in 2 years when it is time to renew. The instructor later apologized for 'barking at me' but it was really too little, too late.

Instructor Jodi was great. Class was fun and informative. You leave the class feeling prepared to instruct and perform high-quality CPR! Thanks Jodi and Apollo CPR
