        From the owner,staff to everyone who is there working on their health and wellness are the best. I'm not very knowledgeable in working out but the staff are very patient and seem to generally care about assisting you. I would recommend this business

        This is a really fun place to workout, very high intensity and high impact exercises. The couches here are very friendly and they really push you in every way. Love the fact that they take care of your little ones there.

        I signed up for BURN because traditional gyms do not motivate me. I am very pleased with the program and the staff. Even if you have limitations, there are modifications to the workout available. They offer childcare during certain classes. They offer some introductory periods. If you follow on social media, it will update the promotions. That is how I started, and now I am committed!! Also, you can see sample workouts as they change daily. No boredom.
