The worst customer service,arrived one hour early before check in and there was nobody at front desk,came back three time after still nobody there

I was there for 5 minutes. As I was walking to my room. Carpet was very dirty. Looked like someone had puked in floor. Then i smelled something burning in the hallway. The place a strange smell to it. I gave it a 1star. Thats lowest review i vould give it.

this place doesn't even rate one star but has to to post a review. my wife and I arrived to check into our room and found it freezing cold. the near bathroom mirror was gone leaving adhesive on the walls. the room was also filthy. I told the front desk this was unacceptable and wanted a refund. I was assured the owner would be back later and do a refund. after driving several hours to get be there we were tired and found a decent hotel. I'm still waiting on the refund I was told was coming, but hasn't so far. I'd rather have had a good experience with this place but can't recommend it and urge you to stay away. the owner will rip you off! Noteworthy details: terrible experience and a rip off
