My Rent Source

I applied on the 19th of February. I submitted EVERYTHING that was asked of me. I still have not gotten a response as of February 29th

I dont recommend this company to anybody. I didnt feel comfortable from day one at all. I spoke to the lady her name. Kristin springer she so rude and disrespectful and not a professional at all when I was asking her questions, why do I need to have insurance on the property for $200,000 then she respond and said what if you burn the property. This is not how you talk to people and after that gave her $500 deposit to hold the unit then just because I was busy didnt respond to her email only one day then she canceled my lease and told me that you will not get the refund.. dont even deal with Kristen springer

Ive dealt with other property management companies in the past, and My Rent Source is by far the best! Ive had to deal with Kaitlyn the most on some maintenance issues, and she is always so kind, prompt, and thorough. I never have to worry, because I know any issues will be handled properly. If you are looking for a top-notch property management company, this is the place!

My rent source took over management at the place Im renting. Thank goodness they did because the previous company did not care at all. Hanah gave me a welcome call and really made it clear that My Rent Source was there to help and really cared about their tenants. She made the transition very simple.Thank you Hanah!

Absolutely horrid company to do business with. We were told our rental was all electric, so when we moved in January we were without heat because they failed to mention that it is a GAS furnace. They advertised an in ground fireplace as an amenity, but when I used it I got a citation from the city because it's ILLEGAL to have a fire in city limits. Upon moving out we did everything that was required and they still refuse to grant our security deposit back. They're god awful and I wouldn't recommend a single soul deal with them. Everything about my rent source has been unprofessional. I will never rent through them again and I would highly suggest nobody else work with them. Whether you're a home owner looking to lease your property, or you're looking for somewhere to rent I would highly recommend going with ANY other company. OH and if you are a current tenant, don't worry about cleaning upon moving out. They won't return your Security Deposit anyways.
