        Our hot water heater blew out around 6:00 PM the other day. Jonathan came right out to check on it, and confirmed it was beyond repair. He worked with the manufacturer regarding the warranty, and the following day obtained a new hot water heater at no cost to us, and one of his associates installed it. His charges for the materials and labor were very reasonable. I very much appreciate his diligence in working with the manufacturer, and getting it installed in a timely manner.
