My husband recently took our grandma to her dental appointment at a local office, and the experience was quite disappointing. Grandma had a 10:15 am appointment, and they arrived 30 minutes early. She was gonna remove two teeth. As soon as she got inside, my husband, unfortunately, had to rush back home (15 minutes away) due to stomach problems. During this time, the office called to say that grandma was ready, to which my husband explained he was on his way back. Shockingly, the secretary insisted he should have never left and didn't allow him to explain further.
Upon his return, they charged him $50 for not waiting for grandma. This policy seems unreasonable and unheard of. It's disheartening to encounter such inflexibility, especially in a situation where unexpected health issues arose. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and perplexed, as we've never encountered such a strict and unyielding policy in any other medical setting. We hope the office reconsiders their policy to be more understanding of unforeseen circumstances in the future.

Im not sure my experience could have improve! I walked in at 1:45 as a new patient and walked out 1hr later. I was told prices upfront at each stage. X-ray and then had 1 tooth extracted. So quick.
Dr.Gonzalez and staff were professionals in every way. Care, service, profesional pace(did not feel rushed but they valued their customers time).

Im 22 and was very scared to get my wisdom teeth removed, honestly teared up thinking about this awful surgery. My dentist recommended Dr. Gonzalez and I felt better knowing he was highly respected. The surgery went exceptionally well and I healed extremely fast, besides eating, it didn't feel like I even had a surgery. I did not feel any pain or discomfort post surgery (while following post-op instructions closely). This is a great, good quality oral surgeons office, 5 stars!!
