1. No business is perfect, that i witness and understand. 2. it was hard to reach you due to your voicemail being full. 3. I requested for contact information from your workers( their #s) whenever your out of town, you said no. 4. I requested for an address for your business to look you up for a Review, BBB, and the Governors office, as well as your EIN, ( or Tax ID). you said that you did not feel comfortable releasing personal info on your residential address, or your Tax ID. Trust you me, i GET It!!! i' m going through it now, being told by agencies that practice of manipulation is normal. 5. the pictures of the yard damage. you said you asked the crew, and they knew nothing of it. Important: did you send the email as requested? 6. I put a Review in for Chamber of Commerce. My back yard was not cut, and was still charged. When trying to contact you to call your crew back, the voice mail box was full. I had no way to contact the crew back, no way to email you during that time because my email was compromised. (Still is), I had no way to write you for there is no address on your business cards. ( During the time the incident took place.) 7. Thank you for putting up with me attempting to push your company to Excellence, Potential, and Greatness. it's not for everybody, for I can DEFINITELY get on people's nerves. Wishing you much success on your future endeavors. and please PRAY that i don't get written up by the HOA again, being at risk of being put out + regain CONSISTANT, persistant strength to cut, edge, weed, bend down, hold, blow, trim, and throw away in order to get my residence back in order according to the HOA in JESUS Name. These guys are great! They don’t overcharge for their services and do an amazing job. I love coming home to a nice fresh cut good looking yard that I had nothing to do with. Would recommend to anyone for all your yard needs.
