VERY Disappointed! Impersonal experience. If you want to see how bad just call number and try and get someone on phone. They will do emails. This agency changed policy twice. 2 cancelation notices in less than 30ty after receiving money for policy. This should have been a legal binding contract at our closing. Not 30 days later cancelation. With a weeks notice of cancelation. Very upsetting that your company is controlled and dictated who you underwrite and discriminates. Sadly, consumer's the People and home owers that consumer tries to get coverages that they pay for to insure. Very 😥. We went into our closing received 1st cancelation notice before moving in. Had to be underwritten by another company due to BANKRUPTCY (discriminateing) btw, released 3 years ago. NO longer a face name just dollar sign with any money recieved anymore. A hand shake means nothing, a face with a name means nothing. It was the people supporting your company that built your business.. For that you should be humbly grateful. Now after home inspection by your agency over a month ago another cancelation again a letter for minor thing of roof of our new home. Lifted shingles and patched roof! Recieved the very day I received a email. So someone knew prior to the email. Mail takes a couple of days! This company did not even call or even try to resolve this last cancelation, just a quick impersonal email wanting a roof exclusion signed. No explanation at tome received email. 😠 and upon getting home there is a notice of cancelation letter in mail box. 3 days ago I did find out this home had a claim filed 2015 by previous homeowners and were insured by Country Finance as well. Now things are really coming down to truth now and making sense. Underwriters. Claom filed with Country finance....seems a little Biais and discriminate against honest people! P.s. The new agents I have choosen 2 with another company came out personally to our home and viewed. WOW. ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP RESOLVE MY PROBLEM THAT STEMS FROM country financial -Keith Ross and his merciless underwriters! These new agents stated there was nothing of any major concern on this home and saw no problem. Been in business for many years And were willly to help me resolve issue including calling a roofers! Tack a shingle if necessary!! The Ending of story these new agents earned my trust and went above the call to earn my business are gladly binding my new home owners policy. So just a note to your company. So if you get out from behind a computer with a email and really try and help a client potential customer and give a personal experience. Stop being selfish and help a fellow brother instead of detaching from clients. Whether covid19 is your excuse or just underwriters. Try connecting with your customers. So to consumers don't believe ever 5 star rating you see. Oh yes by the way. I'm a hairstylist working in Newnan having cut Mr. Keith Ross's hair and gave him many times a personal hair cut experience with professional hair care. 2009 to 2014 Big difference in professionalism and going above and beyond And I see many clients daily, So ,I am not ignorant, nor just a number.
