PHI Private Home Inspections

I hired Mike to perform my home inspection and was extremely impressed at how thorough he was. He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain to me what he was looking at and what he was looking for. He patiently answered my many questions. He even pointed out things that could become an issue later on, and told me what to look out for. He was very reasonably priced and followed up after the initial inspection. He truly went the extra mile. I highly recommend him and his expertise.

I recently hired Mike to do a home inspection on a newly built home. Mike showed up 30 minutes early and did a detailed inspection , he explained everything to me as he did his inspection. Mike found several things wrong with the house, I was able to present his inspection report to the builder and the builder addressed each issue. Mike from PHI was a great home inspector. He was very professional, knowledgeable and on time. He took his time and did a thorough inspection. He found problems with the HVAC, roof, foundation, and even sitting water in the back yard. When we purchased the home, we knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend Micheal above all other inspectors in the area. You get the quality you need, for a fair price.
