WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CALLING THIS COMPANY! If I could give this business negative ratings and be able to still leave a comment I would but the only way to leave a comment is to give it one star. An employee came to our home on Friday March 30 and began “washing” our roof. He sprayed some type of solution on it and then took a spray nozzle and washed it off, no scrubbing of any kind. When the roof began to dry the solution was still on the roof. The owner was called and he came out on the next afternoon, agreed that it wasn’t done right and started washing again. About 30 minutes after he started he called my husband and said he couldn’t finish it because it was just to windy, that if it was okay he would work us into the schedule this week. My husband agreed. However, this week when the business owner was called about coming back he said he just isn’t going to be able to get back out here to fix what they screwed up. We are now having to call another company. Horrible Business Management, will never recommend to anyone. If you can’t do the job just say so in the first place. To respond to the owner: for one our roof only has pollen on it, secondly you were honest and didn’t charge us. I appreciate that. However, you didn’t finish the job that you were hired to do so that’s why you didn’t charge us. Thank you and you have a nice day.
