    I wouldnt recommend a Kia. Do research on how your Kia might get its windows busted and stolen. On top of that insurance companies dont like Kias

    I took my car to this Kia dealership (as I have done in the past) for an oil change, tire rotation, and filter change. When purchasing my vehicle, I prepaid for all services (those included) and have a contract stating so. When asking for the services, the service tech let me know that filters are generally not covered in the contract, but I let him know that I had a contract stating that it was pre-paid and to check when getting approval for the other services. Previously when taking my car to this dealership for these services, I was handed my keys and a receipt with a $0 balance stating the services that had been completed. This time I was handed a bill of $150. Confused, I asked why I was being charged when I had never been charged in the past. The service tech was incredibly unhelpful and later found out that he never even inquired about the filters when talking with the contracted company. On top of that, they charged me $15 to "disinfect" my air filters. The solution they use is basically Febreze and is $20 for a whole can on Amazon. I never authorized them to do this service. I feel taken advantage of as a woman walking into a sleezy car dealership and being overcharged for services.

    I received a notice of two recalls on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment online for two weeks away and received a notice that someone from the service department may contact me. Today, I contacted the service department to confirm my appointment and inquire on the length of time for the recall service. I was astonished to be told that the online website portal doesn't work and hasn't in quite some time. Therefore, the appointment I booked for tomorrow never occurred and I can come in anytime first come-first serve. This is truly poor functionality on Kia South Atlanta and bad service in my opinion. There wasn't an apology or any valid explanation. I would have shown up for an appointment that never existed. I submitted a complaint about this on their website and then I received a call back from the sales department trying to sell me another Kia. Get it together!
