I'm sad to even be writing this review tbh because I've used her for 10+yrs but that doesn't make up for the lack of service I've received this year. my taxes were done but since they offered assistance with the PPP this year I needed help and trusted it would be done. the last conversation I had was May 7th and was told I'd be updated and sent an email on my next steps. I had not received the information as told so I reached back out May 22- with no response, May 28th -no response, early June -no response. I went to the office during the business hours allotted and no one was there to help or assist me, I have also sent text messages, fb messages, an email and used the business line provided and still no response. I guess business is so good that losing a long time customer is no big deal. I would've been okay with simple communication. I wanted to be informed of what was going on, so if my business was eligible for the PPP it is beyond time for me to go elsewhere, I wasn't given that opportunity by trusting someone I've known for years to provide me with adequate amount of customer care. it adds insult to injury to also see postings on Facebook but won't respond about business matters. Our last conversation was in good spirits so I'm unsure what prompted ignoring ppl but this is not how you treat your customers at all.

Chan and the other staff are very professional. I gave the rating a 5 star because it’s a great tax place to get your taxes done at. Go get your taxes done at Morrison Accounting!!!
