I must give them ZERO stars. They are no longer in business after replacing our roof less than 9 months ago. We have a leak in the new roof, and have no recourse to make them fix it.

American Roof Specialists replaced my entire roof in one day and did it without making too much noise. The price was quite competitive and the work was done quickly. Not only that, but when we had our home inspected before selling, they found zero problems with the roof. Should I need a new roof in my new house, I won't hesitate to call the knowledgeable staff at American Roof Specialists. Thank you!

American Roof did some roof repairs on my house and were fabulous to work with. Even though I had a really small job, they treated me like it was a million dollar job and didn't gouge me on the fees either. The employees are all very honest, trustworthy and do quality work with the best materials. I highly recommend you give them a try.

American Roof did an awesome job on our roof at our office. They were professional, polite, and prompt in all services provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to know the truth about their roof. Most honest roofing company around. Thank you to Dustin and Brent for a job well done!

Stay away from this company. They put on a new roof and it started leaking around the chimney after just under three years. In my opinion a roof should never leak before 10 years if they did a good job. I called them up and they said that the warranty is for 2 years. Ok fine. I asked Heather (I think that is her name) to schedule me for someone to take a look and she said she would. She said that the guy who looks at the roof makes his own schedule. A week goes by and no call from the repair guy. I call back. I ask for the general manager and she said she was. So, she is the gatekeeper and you cannot contact anyone above her. She said I will get a call. Guess what? No call for another week. I call the sales guy who sold me on the roof, but he does not work for American Roof Specialist anymore. I call a few more times and she does not answer the phone. Waited a few more days and I call again, I could tell that she was rushed and said that SHE is now scheduling for the repair guy and I will get a call. I thought the repair guy made his own schedule. Again no call back. I call for several days and no answer. Now, we are three weeks in. I call from a different phone and she picks up. I told her who I was and somehow I get disconnected. Try to call back but no answer.
