My entire AC unit went out and my family was unable to fix it. This company was quick in their response; explained step-by-step of what was going on and checked everything to ensure that nothing was overlooked. The install was excellent. The professionalism of all the staff was great. And the quality and the price of service was excellent. And I am a person that does not like to spend money, however this was the best deal with guaranteed service. And they empathize with their customers. I have already recommended this company to others for any future repairs they may have! Now my family is cooling in a cool house. We got excellent quality at a reasonable and affordable price :-)

I am having problems with the new unit Larry installed. I called and at first I thought he didn't care, but he did send someone to assess the problem nothing was found but at least he is trying to find out what the problem is and instead of not doing anything. It is an intermittent problem which is going to take awhile to figure out. but again at least he show that he does care.
