I ordered 12 placemats from this company. I received 8 of the twelve. I love the way they look and clean up so easily however missing 4 of the 12 ordered. I have contacted the company 3 times so the error can be fixed. Only response I have received is they were out of the office until Monday and would contact me then. I have reached out to them twice since I did not hear from them after the first response. I am out 4 placements and money. Disappointed in the lack of response and customer service.
* Update! Since this review the company has contacted me and has fixed everything to my satisfaction. The products they produce are top notch. I have two young granddaughters and the mats not only protect the table but clean up so easily. 5 star products!
