They are terrible, very unprofessional, the owners refused to pay me when I decided to quit their checks bounce , and they dont care about their clientele , the messages I received was unprofessional from an employer dont work for this company they dont care if your sick or dealing with stuff personally , and the pay isnt worth what you have to deal with , the clients isnt the issue the company is .

I would give less than a star if i could. I have been employed since middle of may. At first it was ok but now it has just become ridiculous. They do not want u to communicate with the family member because they afraid you are going to find other things out. My kids have been pretty much since i started and the company does not care. They just ask well can u work this or this. Got a appointment at 11am its not good enough for them can u work before and or after. Not to mention if you are sick with fever or throwing up with the stomach bug they still want u to go. They do not care if you have a personal matter going on. They have work 12 days straight off 2 days then back to 12days. They do not communicate with the fanily or staff. They wont u to hace your phone in hand at all time pretty mucg waiting on a call or looking at the schedule at all times. Your day off or not. They did not call or text the schedule this week i checked the app at 1030pm and again when i woke up in the middle of the night still no schedule. Then checked it waiting on the bus and the schedule was finally up. They got me dressed how i went to the bus cause i would not have had time to change and make it in time. It have became nothing but a joke. Even my clients family member is tired of it. They do not communicate with her either. Not worth especially not for what they pay and hr. Nor what they pay per mile but they only pay if u go over 15 miles and only pay one way. I have put so many miles on my car because of them. For a month with driving from milledgeville to gray was less than 30 dollars. Do not work for them. I put in my notice.

Its a hit or miss with consistent service, some employees are great, some not so, and some just arrogant and never make mistakes. In caring for the elderly its vital that sick employees are not sent out to provide care. Few or no contengencies for sick employee substitution.
