Lady who took my call was very nice and professional during scheduling. Asked the appropriate questions to determine what we needed. Arrival window of 1 hr was great so I didn't have to hang around the house all day. Did the pump out in approx 30 min. Overall satisfied would recommend.

This company is the friendliest and most professional in the area. Been in a bind since the health department was called on my homestead. Adams's septic company has been kind and underatanding of this sitiation and has worked with us on all fronts to get things done.

We hired Adams Septic after getting an estimate of $1000 because we have a double tank. After they finished we called them back because we could still smell an odor . They said it was where the liquid waste goes., claiming that it was stopped up by a wet wipe. We were told that it clogged up the pump. Later, an employee admitted that the pump damage was caused by their mistake. First of all, only a couple of adults use wipes. The rest just use toilet paper. Second, we've never had any trouble with this system since it was put in 12 years ago. The tank wasn't ever overflowing. The worst thing they did was charged $1800 for the job $1000 job. We adopted special needs kids so maybe they assumed the government paid our bills. Never again Adam!!!
