Drivers and workers were helpful only took 1 star off for not having driver check in signs or instructions on what to do! You assume to scale because thats what you see or might have read but then what!? Well place is dusty so there is SIGNAGE just should label better first timers Like DRIVERS SCALE IN AND GRAB TICKET no one inside there to check you in However yes, 1-PPE REQUIRE vest hat glasses (I only had my vest with no issue) Scale in grab ticket follow the instructions on the box: Which would be line empty scale ticket up on the scale where that tape line is /hit first button (ESC) to the left/ let it process and then hit ok where my finger is Fill out the info On the ticket bring to the loader/dock FOR DRY VAN PICK UPS: Its the first building you see here which would be the first place you see when you cross the scale and there is a sign saying how and where to turn around to come back & you back up to this dock (sadly I didnt know if my pickup was bagged so passed this sign first) So yes after you back up SIT TIGHT they will come to you or you can go into that door ONLY if you have questions They prefer you remain in the truck ! YOU WILL HAVE TO SCALE OUT AND DO THE SAME BUT WITH AN EXTRA STEP loader will provide the extra instructions! Loaded in a timely manner about 45mins Stay safe 10/2021

A little misleading entering for the first time. Signs say report to office but no need to. NEED to scale in and then go to the left off of the scale, go past the buildings, past office, right, then load. Very positive loader. Friendly and not a bad person. Easy and quick to get loaded. Would return if asked.
