        Unfortunately I didn't want to give a low review. Customer service is good, but that's about it. Took my car for brake repairs 2 weeks ago with 2 new tires and ended up being around $1300 somehow and they didnt even use some of the new brake pad hardware which I even supplied myself. Then I start hearing a ticking noise coming from what's likely the wheels right after this. I take it in to Butler Automotive again and they had my car from 8 am to 6 pm and weren't able to find or hear the noise. They called me when they were closing instead of earlier so now I had to pay for an Uber to them instead of shuttle. As soon as I get into my car and get up to speed, the sound is as clear as day. Expensive, unhelpful, and maybe even incompetent technicians.
