        Carolyn's yoga classes are great! She never missed a beat during the early days of Covid and set up Zoom classes immediately. She manages the class very well by demonstrating the pose or flow and then checking her monitor and identifying corrections for each individual student. It feels very personal even with Zoom. Before Covid her group classes were excellent and she'd move about the room helping you make minor adjustments.
