I felt a painful lump and my primary physician (Dr Raez Siddiqi) recommended Dr Paulomi Shroff as a breast specialist.  She did my biopsy today, and was very gentle and explained every step.  There was minimal pain, and Sara, her assistant was very competent, efficient, and sweet.  All the staff was very cheerful and kept me at ease.  Although the biopsy itself only takes about 20 minutes, I was there for about 3 hours because of the time filling out paperwork, preparing, consultation, exam, etc.  Right now I'm still a little sore, but not enough for an ibuprofen.  MyChart says my biopsy results are already available, but I can't access them yet.  So I'll call the office tomorrow.  Excellent fast service, I highly recommend Dr Shroff.

Office staff is rude and you it seems they sit and talk about patients and coworkers, Dr. Goodwin is very rude and condescending. You would think in the field she is in she would be a little more empathetic. Thankful I was not the patient and just accompanied the patient to the appointment. As I read the reviews, I can see that Dr. Goodwin has many negative reviews. I guess this practice doesn't care how she treats the patients? If you're reading these reviews, please take heed to the warning! This Dr. Has NO bedside manner at all, very cold hearted, rude and violates hippa by talking about patients to her employees! Hateful And Nasty!

If I didnt need a biopsy I would have walked out of that office because of the Front Desk staff! No one behind the counter or closed doors can be seen wearing a mask but tries to enforce it! I asked the young lady how are u trying to enforce a policy when you are not wearing a mask. Well I became a topic of discussion amongst the staff. I am sitting in the waiting room and I can hear them talking about me in the back office! Very unprofessional! I can only imagine how they discuss other patients and their medical and personal information. I pray I never have to deal with the Front Desk staff again! On a positive note my procedure went very well. I was well informed as to what is being done and what to expect which helped ease my nerves a bit. I was very comfortable! Thank you Jennifer and Dr. Mattison!

I like to make my appointment right after lunch so as to have shorter wait. Caring staff and doctors. I feel confident that i will get the best care as needed.
