I called for an estimate last week and was able to schedule for the following Friday. Very nice and quick. 15 minutes after the scheduled time that they were supposed to show up, I called to ask where they were to find out that he couldnt make it over here until hours later. I worked with the service man to reschedule for today. They were supposed to be here at 10 and it is now almost 12. I received no call about anyone being late. Ive decided to get a quote from somewhere else.

We had Eddy's crew come out and remove three large trees for us this week. We heard about the company in a coupon magazine we received in the mail, however when we attempted to use one of these coupons, Eddy himself laughed in our face and refused to accept it. We chose this business for their competitive pricing, but are now regretting our decision due to extensive damage (caused solely by the bobcat driver) that has undone dozens of hours of labor and hundreds of dollars of work, as well as additional damage that will cost us hundreds to fix, including: - Hitting, cracking, and shifting an entire 6 foot portion of a built-in above-ground brick garden bed that we recently spent over $500 to repair - Completely destroying our nearly 15'x15' native pollinator garden - Driving repeatedly over our garden border fence until it was just pieces of bent metal - Destroying another garden bed and obliterating its brick border - Dozens of deep gouges in our driveway - Ripping up our entire front yard (after telling us they'd use plywood to drive onand didn't) and portions of our neighbor's yard Not to mention the dozens of times I had to stop my personal job to run outside and pick up yard items that were knocked down, ripped out of the ground, or nearly crushed by the careless bobcat driver. We had prepped the yard well for their work and they had assured us nothing else had to be moved to protect our property. Much of the damage could have been avoided by cutting extra long branches down to a moveable size, NOT driving the bobcat at maximum speed through our yard, and carrying smaller branches up the driveway by instead of the claw game the bobcat driver played that left gouges all over the driveway. After a day and a half of work, the trees are all officially down but there is still a massive pile of logs at the top of our driveway (spilling into our native pollinator garden that they already destroyed). They claim they will be back tomorrow to pick up the remaining logs, and in a call two days ago, they also claimed they would come out after job completion to assess and rectify any damage caused by the job. Only time will tell, I suppose. Service: Tree removal
