        DO NOT GET YOUR GRADUATION BANNERS DONE HERE!! Although the finished product is nice,( if you get it), they do not follow through on when they promise the product. The owner says "It is the busiest time of the year and you should expect delays" - but ANY kind of HONEST communication about these delays does not exist. In fact, you cannot leave a message when they do not answer the phone because their mailbox is full. They just lost our account. Unbelievable.
