I have our septic tank pumped every five years. I used a previous service for 25 years and started to wonder why they were gettig SO EXPENSIVE. They told me they simply couldnt do it for less so I checked around and found great reviews for Independent Septic. We scheduled quickly, they kept me updated with alerts, and were in and out from the job. Quick and professional. A real pleasure to work with this family business. I have them on my calendar for another visit in five years. I recommend them highly.

Excellent all the way around! Cant say enough about Josh, Cody and the family team at Independant. Diagnosed and repaired everything that was broken and explained everything along the way. If you need septic service, this is the company to use.

Josh and Cody were very helpful and fast! We just bought out house a month ago and had no idea the last time that the septic tank was serviced. Im glad I found this family owned business in my area with great reviews and had them come service our tank which is a good thing because it looked like it had been 5-10 years since it was serviced before. I had asked Eric (Josh and Codys dad) made sure to text me when they were on their way and he called when the guys were in the area so I could secure my dogs. Very efficient, friendly, and communicative; I highly recommend Independent Septic and Sewer!

Nice enough guys. Came out quickly. But like most other service companies, they make their money on add-on services. Charged me $425.00 for a 1,500 gallon septic tank pump-out (competitive price), but another $365.00 for five minutes to "hydrojet" (presure wash) the ten-foot drain line from the house to the septic tank. Also, they charge 4% to use a credit card which they did not mention when I first called them. Service: Sewer repair
