PTI Security Systems

I posted two months ago. After waiting over 4 weeks for a response from customer service, I finally wrote the PE that owns PTI, the CEO, and customer service. The next day I finally received a response. We got the system working that day and things worked well for about a month. Now we are down again and have waited 3 weeks for a response from customer service. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I have been a customer for about 20yrs. When we first began they did an excellent job. However, every year their customer service drops and the cost increases. The only reason we use them is the legacy of owning the system. We put in a support ticket followed by two phone calls (voice mail only). Two weeks later we are still down and inoperable with no contact. Highly don't recommend them!

PTI was purchased by HID Corp. and now has a different chain of command. You should see things change quickly. It has been over a year now that has happened.

Horrible, atrocious, unprofessional company. Zero regard for any of their clients, no matter how urgent the issue is. Summitted a ticket for assistance with an issue, it was disregarded and I was repetitively told why I was wrong about what was happening. The issue was unresolved and persisted so I submitted a second ticket, and it has now been 21 days, without any word from PTI. I've called, I've submitted additional tickets, I've emailed. No responses in any format. I would leave zero stars if I could. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Pray nothing goes wrong for you, it's not like they care enough to respond or assist you anyway. We are completely disgusted, save yourselves the trouble and go elsewhere.

I would do zero stars if I could! Do NOT waste your time on them. It's great when it works, but when you need tech support you are left hanging out to dry. I have submitted a ticket since Saturday (which they make you do, you don't get to call a live person) and today is Wednesday and I am yet to hear from them. It is negatively effecting my business because my new customers are having to use an existing code instead of their own secure code to get into my facility. How embarrassing and ridiculous!
