New to the Atlanta area, and home buying/selling process; I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. Maybe it was fate, however all I know is Karen Smith, Realtor extraordinaire really took care of me. The epitome of professionalism, Mrs. Smith took her time to ensure that I thoroughly understood the process of home buying, leaving me so impressed that I reached out to her for assistance when I needed to sell my home. Truly a great experience, I would be remised if I did not recommend her to both family and friends alike. She refused to show me her own Remax listing unless I signed a brokerage agreement. Bad faith to her own seller in order for her to essentially coerce a relationship for future real estate showings and purchase. I have screenshots of her texts if this is ever disputed.
