So this was my second time coming to have my dog groomed and bathed, This is also the second time they cut his hair uneven all over and did not shave his paws like I specifically requested since it was not done the first time. And they did not put his pet tracker back on his collar, this is very disappointing after spending so much money to have my pet groomed, I was told the owners of the business would reach out and call me but they have yet to do so and its been a week. And unless I would like to pay for yet another groom Im expected to wait until Saturday to have this mess fixed because the groomer is on vacation. Very poor business management all around

We have used EarthWise for grooming several times before with no issues, however, today was a different story. Our dog returned with 2 bleeding nails, a cut on her leg, and 1 paw pad raw and bleeding. Safe to say we won't be returning.

Im a professional pet groomer. We are transferred to Marietta for my husbands work. We used the self service dog wash to groom our dog. Our experience here was wonderful. See you all next time. Peter, Michelle, and Marley!!

I brought my PooChon pup here for his first groom today. I requested a simple sanitation grooming with nail trim because I want him fluffy but wanted the fur out of his eyes. I was hoping for a good experience, since the reviews were mostly good and they were willing to fit me In at the last minute. However, Im saddened to say I will most certainly not be returning here in the future. The fur on my pups face is extremely uneven. It is disheartening to say the least. I can honestly say this was the worst trim Ive seen on a dog. I probably could have done better trimming his hair myself. Hopefully the hair on his head grows back in quickly. I will attach a couple of photos if I can.

I love Earthwise Pet Supply! Not only do they carry healthy pet foods, they have an incredible groomer who takes great pride and care with my shiba inu, Ciel. Thank you to Ariel and staff for such a wonderful pet supply shop.
