I have to say that I have been shopping at Red Bandana for quite some time...the women at each location are always very helpful and friendly, the selection of food is great but where it starts to go down hill is keeping inventory...When I go shopping anywhere I expect the product there when I go in...the problem at Red Bandana is they are always out of dog food and they always tell you the same thing for the most part and that is " we can get it for you" we can have it tomorrow or you can go to such and such store they have it in stock...these are not the answers I am looking for...
The store I normally shop in just permanently closed ( Shallowford Falls and previously next to the Home Depot in Marietta)
I do understand the the ownership is fairly new.approx 1 year but they have to know that if you dont have what people want when they want it we go elsewhere...and when the customer finds that other stores do have the item in stock ALWAYS... Red Bandana will lose a customer...as they are going to with me...first they inconvenience me by closing the store with no notice so I travel a little further to find out they are out of stock of the food that I feed...Sorry Red Bandana you have lost a long standing loyal customer to the competition because you obviously dont care enough about the people who actually pay your bills...thats us the customer...my prediction that if the stores continue to be out of stock you will continue to close more and more stores...

I have been shopping here for years and have been very satisfied. Ran in today to get a certain dog food that is no longer being sold on the east coast. Brooks was very knowledgeable in helping me make another quality selection. Thanks for your help Brooks!!!
