Office Depot - Print & Copy Services

I ordered through their website to be picked up at store next day, biz cards, banner & sign. When I called next day, to pick up, they said they could only do the biz cards and said they didn't have materials for banner or sign. So I picked up the biz cards (which were cut crooked), and they said no charge. Guess what? My Visa bill was not credited and I was charged for the banner and sign I never received. I called twice to fix this and I am still not seeing the credit. They said they put in a request. I will probably have to do a charge back with my credit card company. Geez.

I worked with Daniel from the Print department. It was simply an amazing experience. Daniel is clearly an expert and was able to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond. I will be coming back to work with him again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy location to find. Plenty of parking.
