I was impressed with the facility, even more so was the treatment which I received from Dr. Chitale and the staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish all Doctors and staff is so caring and skilled. Mary Pritchard

Update Feb 2019. ... This review still stands. It has been four years and we are still very happy with Dr. Maloon. My husband has been seeing Dr. Maloon for over a year now. Since he moved to Premier NeuroSurgical Institute, the problems we had with his office have completely cleared up. The last practice was very busy with an overworked or burned out staff that made regular billing mistakes and had frequent miscommunications of one sort or another. Since his move, we have had no more problems with office matters. As far as the care itself goes, Dr. Maloon has been responsive, friendly, willing to answer all my questions about medication side effects, new symptoms, has given me direct education on when to go to the ER and when to call him instead, and has listened attentively to our concerns. The medication regime he has prescribed is very helpful and he has carefully guided us to the best pain relief with the least amount of narcotics possible. He has a good communication relationship with our GP. Unlike the last few neurologists we've seen, we do not have to constantly repeat ourselves when we go in for a visit. If we have an insurance issue or a cost issue with a medication he has prescribed, he is very solution oriented; either calling the insurance company or changing the prescription to something we can afford. He has also never condescended to us or dismissed the research we've done ourselves (again, this makes him rare in my experience). He has no problem with my presence in the office visit and understands that I am there because my husband often experiences aphasia with his migraines, and while other places have plenty of time to let someone find that "missing word", a doctor's appointment is generally not one of them. He asks us each time if his medical students can be present, and his medical students are also very polite, friendly, and good at staying out from underfoot, so they are always welcome in our visits. I do like that Dr. Maloon never assumes that just because we agreed last visit doesn't guarantee that we will on the current visit.

I was very skeptical when I had this appointment, but the staff was so helpful & friendly, very professional that they helped to calm all my anxiety, especially the Nurse Practioner. She was most awesome!! This was a great 1st experience, would highly recommend it to everyone!
