My doctor is Dr. Hornsby is a very nice and down to earth doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who is nice to this area!.

Arrived at 2pm, due to a message regarding a change in my appointment time. Arrived at 2pm and front desk employee stated it was at 3pm and sorry for the confusion. I said that is fine as long as I can leave by 3:30, due to another appointment I had at 4pm. She stated that was not an issue as Dr. Gentry was ahead of schedule. I waited for an hour and watched people come in after me get called back. At at 3:10 I finally approached the desk. The young lady stated “Oh, I don’t realize you had not been called back. She said let me ask if you can be seen before 3:30. She came back and stated MA did not think I would be seen by then. I said I was suppose to speak to the Dr. regarding results. She said “let me check”. She said the MA said my test were fine and they were not sure why I was scheduled for today. I said if I am not going to be seen, can I be reimbursed what I paid for my visit today. She said yes and gave me a duplicate copy of my receipt with no credit. Very frustrated my experience and a waste of several hours of my day. I asked if the Doctor could call me to at least discuss my results. She stated the MA said they were fine and nobody seem to know why I had an appointment scheduled. I like Dr. Gentry and the staff seem nice but I believe they need some additional training on how to handle situations correctly.

They have great service and love the staff always helpful whenever needed.
