I hired Attorney Herron in early 2019 because I was paying child support, but never got to see my son. I thought this would be a long drawn out case, but Attorney Herron proved me wrong. Fast forward to January 2020, Attorney Herron assisted me with getting 1.5 months of summer visitation and one weekend per month. I am sure that if I had lived in Georgia, she could have gotten me a lot more time. In addition, I was also very pleased with the amount of child support that I was ordered to pay. Recently, events involving my son forced me to hire Attorney Herron again. Due to covid-19 and other life problems, I was not able to pay my full retainer. Attorney Herron was nice enough to set me up on a payment plan. One would think because I have not paid her in full that she would slack on my case, but she did the total opposite. I am contacted by her staff when there is something that is needed by me. Attorney Herron then reaches out later to follow up to ensure that everything has been completed. Attorney Herron has shown me that my concerns are her concerns. I cannot wait to update this review after this case is over. Win, lose or draw, I know that Attorney Herron will give it her all.
