My jewelry that I paid for the fix wasn't actually fixed. I paid for it in full. I didn't inspect it when I was there as I trusted when they said it was fixed, it was fixed. I took it out of the bag and it was still broken - it was never fixed. I understand that the owner has passed away. And I too, just lost family members. I would like them to resolve the situation. They will not answer calls or open the door to discuss. I would like my money back or it fixed.

Update and RESPONSE TO OWNER: This location's response was that they couldn't make what I wanted from what I brought in. I brought in a thick, long gold chain that probably could have made 5-7 sets of earrings minimum. They assured me they could do this. I had a really NASTY experience with these ladies. I have some gold that I wanted to melt down and have made into multiple earrings sets. I called before I came to make sure this was possible. They were rude over the phone but I still went to see samples of what they had. When I got there they only had rings to show me when I'd specifically said I wanted earrings over the phone. Then one of the ladies lied and said that the chain I brought in wasn't gold, barely glancing at the chain. I corrected her quickly that it was in fact gold and that I had it tested with two other jewelers! She then got embarrassed and said quickly, "oh well, maybe the clasp was changed." Judging by the other reviews, the employees here have made that mistake before, calling people's jewelry fake or costume jewelry. They really just didn't want to do this and,judging by the samples, he only makes VERY SIMPLE jewelry styles. The other SCAM is they want you to pay them in leftover gold instead of cash. I adamantly told them no I would pay in cash. They don't want the cash; they want your gold.

Ivan has gone above a beyond when repairing my family jewelry. He is my go to MASTER JEWELER!!! Some jewelers will not repair jewelry from overseas. But Ivan get's excited when I bring things in (truly enjoys what he does) and has the knowledge and experience to make the finest repairs!!! Sincerely, KP

They created a custom necklace for me with my great grandmothers wedding ring and also fixed a missing stone from another antique ring. They are the nicest and best!
