I had my 17 year old Rolex serviced here. Their pricing was MUCH better than any of the other places I contacted. I got the watch back in 3 weeks (not the 8 to 12 weeks other places quoted); it looks BRAND NEW! They buffed out every scratch I had on the band and case, as well as replaced a worn part. Super friendly, attentive and professional. Will be referring them to many other friends!

I was in desperate need of a watch repair prior to my work shift. (My watch is VITAL to my employment.). Upon entering the lovely establishment and seeing all the fine jewelry I was warmly and energetically met by an associate named Brie. Brie was/is quite knowledgeable, kind to me AND the other customers waiting, patient, and eager to assist. Further, Brie listened. What a great store but even GREATER was my experience because of this dynamic associate Brie! Hats off to her and I sincerely wish I could give this store a 10 rating because of her! *(To the owner: Excellent selection in hiring Brie! )

The staff at Withrow Jewelers are honest people who look out for your best interest, ALWAYS! Prices are reasonable and the craftsmanship on these customs are perfection, I have not been disappointed while shopping with them ever. And repairs are always like brand new or better. I had a lovely experience at Withrow Jewelers. Great selection of pieces, and the young woman who helped us (Laura?) was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Went to get a present for my mom and my dad wound up getting a new watch for himself at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place.
