I was expecting far worse given all the bad reviews but it was fine and had good service. Ice cream was good!

Zero stars! If you are used to the regular coldstone experience do not come here. One they do not offer samples. How do you know what a new flavor tastes like without a sample. Also moms with small children stay clear. They do not offer a kids size, so you will end up spending $6 on an ice cream cup your little one won't finish. Not sure why this location is so different from the ones I've been to before, but I WILL NEVER be coming back.

No samples, overpriced, and the ice cream wasn't all that great. I don't think we'll be returning.

TERRIBLE SERVICE from three ladies that were working a couple of weeks ago. My husband and I go to different locations and Im shocked this one is still open, especially after the YELP reviews Ive read. They treated me like a crazy person when I told them I had a peanut allergy. They told me they couldnt accommodate and acted like they had never heard of an allergy before. EVERY other location Ive been too have been more then helpful. Save your time and go to a different location. Plus their attitude was far from friendly.

i know the new store policy is not to give samples, but when a kid with autism needs to taste because he does not recognize the flavor an exception should be made. To the employee who denied this request, you should be ashamed of yourself.
