East Cobb Hypnosis

I am facing an overwhelming project that will be life changing.  It has taken some time to determine how to focus on this project and accomplish my end goal.  Hypnosis was an experience I hadn't given consideration too and didn't know what to expect.  Margie is aces.  She explained the process and answered questions to put me at ease.  Margie begins the session by helping me to relax, that is not an easy task.  She continue encouraging me and making suggestions to set and accomplish my goals.  I  am looking forward to my next session and highly recommend Margie's professionalism.

Yesterday I experienced hypnosis for the first time. In the past I was always fearful and did not want to try it. Margie put me at ease by explaining the experience and the benefits. I have had sleeping problems for at least 3 years. I don't like medication, have read all the literature and nothing works consistently. During my session I became completely relaxed and was able to maintain that feeling for several hours after the visit. Margie gave me a visual image and suggestions during hypnosis to use to help me sleep. I am happy to report after one session I was able to fall asleep much faster and was able to go back to sleep more quickly than usual. I am very encouraged that I will sleep more soundly and consistently in the future. I would definitely recommend hypnosis to help combat insomnia.
