We had HCH out for our "initial clean" before we start the monthly service and let me tell you, they had their work cut out for them! 1 dog, 3 cats 2 kids and a bride.         This business is not even open yet. I called and made a booking 2 weeks ago. They waited until 2 days before and left me a voicemail saying they are not open for business and canceled the cleaning. The number you call is a call center that is not directly associated with Home Clean Heros. I understand that mistakes happen, but why wait for 2 days before when I cannot even reschedule with a different company. Now I will not get my security deposit back and my landlord is going to have to manage this.
