Dr. Patel & Donna were awesome! I felt like they listened attentively and made me fell very comfortable about my weight. I felt at ease to talk to them and we came up with a plan that i feel I can do. I really felt good when I left!

The assistant that called me back, took my height, weight, measurements and bp was unfriendly and actually rolled her eyes at me. She called me back and didn't even say any thing but my name for the walk to the back. No hello or anything. Her hands were in her pocket and her feet shuffled giving the impression that she didn't give 2 hoots about me or her job. Then she mumbled for my to leave by shoes (sandals) about 12 from the height stick and scale. I didn't want to walk on the bare floor so I said I will just take them of (flip flops) by the equipment. She rolled her eyes at me - and I mean a big roll with eyebrows and all. So she took my height I slipped back into my shoes and walked to the scale , slipped my shoes off again and she said "that's why I told you to leave them over there!" She was so rude. She did act better for the measurements and bp. Now as far as S. Patel, she was friendly and professional but I won't be returning. I mean I didn't learn anything new but why would I. Eat right and exercise. Now I was going to try the appointment with exercise but they wanted me to get an ecg. I just went for my physical and got surgery clearance. Unnecessary test and cost. But, if you don't know as much as I do about nutrition and eating right then go. You will get a lot of good material that they print for each patient.

Some concern with staff follow through. Messages not being addressed, with no return phone calls. Providers are wonderful to work with during appointments. How long has this program been in place? Experience?
