This is the worst handy man service. This people are not responding to my calls or emails. I called to have a faucet replaced. They sent this spanish guy who clearly didnt know how to even wash behind himself. This guy burst our hot water line and have thousands of dollar worth of damage. After contacting them through HomeAdvisors, twice throught their website , once by emai and finally just gave up and called to get an estimate on some work. I am still waiting...this is a very unprofessional business. Not that hard to email or call someone back. Suprising to see them so highly rated as at best they are a bush league ran shop.

First had contact with Handy Andy after doing numerous web searches for a contractor that could assist with odd water leaking below our deck that was penetrating past our under deck roofing system. Had already had under deck system serviced and cleaned. Handy Andy promptly responded and came to our house with an estimate. The estimate was on the high side but Andy was a good sales man and made me feel as if he could get the leaking to stop. He proposed a very odd wood baffle on top of my deck against our siding, a odd gutter replacement, and some make shift piping off our roof. Well, they came out and installed the odd woodworking on the deck and a water diverter on our roof for over $700. This was 1/2 of the agreed total cost to make the leaking stop. Well, after that initial work was completed "Handy Andy" became NOT SO HANDY with replying to text or voicemail messages... My assumption is he didn't really know how to fix my leak and wasn't professional enough to admit that so just started ignoring my calls. WARNING - DO NOT PARTNER WITH THIS CONTRACTOR!!!
