Proceed with extreme caution before entering into any contracts for construction projects or becoming an employee for the owner of this business or any business he may be associated with. Please read all the reviews available on the internet and judge for yourself the extent of the poor business practices he engages in. The positive reviews are generated by people he is in business with and even family. The negative reviews are true and accurate and were generated by the many honest hard working contractors and employees who have been deceived by him. The only sure thing you can count on is that he will find a way to not pay or cheat you out of the agreed upon amount.

Rose Construction is one awesome and amazing company. Ahmad Mohammadpour the owner runs the company with great experience and wonderful knowledge. He really puts his whole heart into what he does. He values his staff and everyone that does work for him. He is a great family man, also plus he treats you like family. He is very fair with his pricing when quoting jobs! He will never over charge you for the work that is done and the results is excellent quality. Give him a call and you will see for your self the great work he does first hand.

I would put a zero if I could. Alex is absolutely a fraud. I paid him to do a renovation of the bathroom, kitchen and replace windows at my house in Decatur. I don't know how to even describe the work; he would press me for money and not complete the work. I didn't know because I was out of town busy with work. The bathroom is a total disaster, the tiles look like a kid did them, the bathtub is dirty, the toilet doesn't have the right seat and the wrong water tank cover. The kitchen is so horrible, pieces just slapped together. House has been sitting on the market and obviously can't sell. I put my savings into this renovation and this horrible person just ruined me. I live in Houston, when I finally came to Atlanta I just realized why the house wasn't selling. This guy shouldn't be in business. I would gladly work with anyone else to bring a civil suit against him and put him out of business.
