A & A Waterproofing

Alan did waterproofing work in the basement of the house I just purchased. The warranty says that it can be transferred to. the new owner of the house. I have called and text Alan several times in the past week and a half and he will not return my calls or messages. I do not recommend working with him as he will not respond to messages.

We Hired Alan to rectify a small issue with water in the basement. After several attempts and many excuses..... we have moved on as the issue still persists. Alan likes to brag about 30+ years in the business. Dont buy it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

We used Allen and his team probably as long ago as 5 years. They were excellent. We'd been having ongoing basement flooding issues and everyone we talked to suggested a different cause and a different solution. Allen simply got down to it and took a logical testing approach to eliminate possibilities and uncovered the cause - high crack on the main foundation wall. This was repaired and the basement was re-finished - all for a lot less than Trotters, AquaGuard, and various others had quoted. That was before the 100 year storm and the wet weather of the last couple of years. Touch wood - we have not had a problem since.
