Spent a few months studying the various types of compressors and their application for the brewing industry. In the end, I chose Atlas Copco due to their elite performance and energy savings, and relationship I built with their sales and install teams. These guys were *very* patient with me as we went through the exact specifications of the machine that I needed, then had to arrange a complicated delivery and install due to our physical location and preferred location of the compressor. I dragged out the decision-making process for months due to construction delays. That probably annoyed a few people (myself included), but their sales rep never wavered or seemed frustrated. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and the compressor works beautifully.
If you're trying to save money up front, Atlas Copco probably isn't the company for you. But if you want a dependable workhorse that will save you money long-term and comes with excellent support, you'd be hard pressed to find a better machine.
I value customer support and relationships above just about everything, and Atlas Copco's got the edge on their competition in this field. Thanks, Matt!
