Irresponsible people, spoke to a guy named Fernando, made and appointment for saturday 8am, gentleman did not bother to show up neither call to cancel appointment. Bad signal for me went on an looked for a better company to spend my money.

Horrible service, questionable if it's even legit. Had them come out to repair our Carrara marble. Someone came out, very confidently explained how he could remove every scratch and make our marble look like new again. Took off a Friday off as it was going to take 5-6 hours. He showed up an hour and a half late and his "partner" left after 15 minutes. In the hour and a half that he was there, he chipped our marble (to the point it cannot be repaired) and sprayed so much abrasive cleanser all over our kitchen that is took nearly three hours to clean the mess off the floors, walls, cabinets and furniture. They were supposed to come back the following Friday (which I again took off) and at the time of the appointment, I got a very suspicious call that the employee coming no longer worked for the company and the person abruptly hung up on me. Called to see if I could get someone to come fix the damage and finish the job. After over two weeks of phone calls, emails, and texts, no one has bothered to return my calls or schedule to fix the job. Gave them a chance to make it right, but apparently they have no interest in customer service. Now have hired a "professional" company who will have to repair the scratches and perhaps replace the counter. STAY AWAY
