Need to edit my initial four star review to one star two years later. In 2014, I had a company "rodent-proof" our house. We had had squirrels and chipmunks getting in at edges of the roof (a common problem I'm told in the ATL). I had a company (not All Phase) do the work which involved installing steel "drip edges" along all the roof line. Problem was solved, no more rodents. In April 2017, I had All Phase come out and install new six inch guttering on the entire house. Guttering looked great, worked great, no issues. They even threw in some new blown-in insulation to sweeten the deal, which was done properly. All good, right? Not so fast... About a year ago, I started hearing noises in the attic again, indicating rodents again. I called back the company that had done the initial rodent-proofing and indeed we had problems. The company inspected a few places and the owner then asked me if we had had new guttering put in. I indicated we did. He said that whoever had done it (in this case All Phase) had torn out much of the drip edges he had put in, allowing numerous places for vermin to enter the attic again. He even showed me numerous pictures from the spots he had checked. I called All Phase the next day and miraculously, someone answered. i told them the problem and they said they would have to pull my records from "the warehouse" and get back to me. I let them know I had not put any negative reviews up yet, as I wanted to give them a chance to fix the issue. Since then, no one has gotten back to me, despite speaking one more time to another person at the company and leaving numerous messages. I have tried calling at least a dozen times since then, left more than one message, and have received no calls back. Nothing. I now have to have the entire house rodent-proofed again, probably spending another $1,000. I have rodent droppings in my new insulatino, chewed wiring, which will have to be replaced by an electrician, and am thoroughly disgusted with All Phase and their lack of concern about the issue. As such, I would NEVER recommend All Phase to anyone. While their work may look good from the outside, when you do discover an issue, they completely ignore you. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Today I would like to thank All Phase for sending out their GM to personally take care of my needs as a repeat customer. I'm completely satisfied with what he was able to work for me. The second times a charge!

Two years ago I had All Phase Home Services install an expensive new gutter system for my home. Two months ago I noticed a section of the topper over the gutter had pulled away from the gutter. I called the service department and spoke to Karen Caulberg. She said she would get back to me when someone could come out to look at it. Three or four phone calls later and a few weeks went by and still nothing from All Phase. I kept calling another week. Now my calls were going to voicemail. So I left a final voicemail and said if I did not hear back from them by week’s end I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Still no response. Two weeks have gone by and they have not responded to the BBB complaint.

Great work! The bat insulation in the crawlspace underneath the house had to be removed and replaced due to the previous homebuilder’s shoddy workmanship. All Phase workers were courteous, professional, and did the job right.
