I had broken my phone a few days before and was having trouble accessing my PayPal account because I couldn't remember my passwords. I stopped in the canton rd store no# 525. Where I just happened to encounter TJ, this young man was such a pleasure to do business with. First he went out of his way to help me deal with PayPal and get into.my account, deal with the chaos and the runaround I was getting . This young man is a huge asset to your company and I hope you know that. He deserves a huge raise. He worked with me for over 2 1/2 hrs so that I could purchase a new phone. No one has ever gone so far out of their way to help me like that before. It restored my faith in my.fellow man. Thank you TJ for everything. Your a God send

This "owner" took advantage of my 71 year old father! He sold him the top of the line phone, and didn't even bother to tell him he had a warranty on his current phone. He also allowed him to buy a phone on an account the is not in his name. Then he would not give me a refund, I ended up having to call yhe police and get them to help me. This place is horrible and I would never do business with a man that looks at elderly people as money. DO NOT GO HERE!!
