        Went in to switch carriers and Mercedes helped me switch over ! She made the process easy, was able to answer all my questions, and instructed me through the whole process! I have better coverage now for less money! Give Mercedes a raise

        On Tuesday May 24 I stopped by the Dallas Hwy store after seeking help from several other T-Mobile locations without any success. Once I explained what I needed, Lexie and Cody took care of me. They listened to my request, answered my questions and placed the order for my Green iPhone 13. They set everything up and my phone is on the way to my home. They are both AMAZING!!!
