Thank you for an amazing experience. Tommy is an amazing craftsman who is easy to work with. He communicated about all details and the results of our new kitchen are beautiful! We look forward to working with Art and Tommy on future projects.

Based on all the positive, reviews and their website, we reached out for an estimate for a small (approx 5' x 8') guest bath remodel. The project would require moving plumbing from one wall to another for a frameless shower upgrade, removing a half wall that housed the shower plumbing, removing a soffit (if possible upon further inspection with a scope) housing canned lights above the sink, replacing the vanity (with one approx half the size of current one), replacing and moving toilet (and associated plumbing) from side wall to the back wall, removing and replacing broken flooring (tile), and moving an air duct. The bathroom sits over an unfinished basement with easy access from below it. Called for an estimate (May 31, 2018). Was able to schedule estimate relatively easily but, part of that was due to being kept on the phone long enough for Tommy (the current owner/designer/artist) to get back to the office to check his schedule. Apparently, Tommy and his friend run the company and appear to be the only two employees; thus, they run the jobs/office/scheduling. I was basically kept on the phone with questions resulting in my repetition of what I needed for the job as well as being given (maybe) a bit more information on another customer's job than I should have been given (paraphrasing: they were told to stop/pause the job before completing it because it was getting to be much more expensive than the quote but, it was the customer's fault because she kept changing things). Day of estimate (June 6th), I received a phone call requesting to reschedule for the next day (I believe Tommy stated he was needed on a job site). Fine. Next day (June 7th), I met with him and his friend (who has a *little* experience with plumbing and had recently had his home remodeled). They were both nice guys from what I could tell (they were unphased by my young son who insisted on being in the thick of things). They took measurements, spoke with me, and asked me for color scheme ideas and generalizations on product types (tile and cabinet styles). They left and told me to expect something in about a week (maybe two so Tommy's friend could enter all the measurements in the system that gives the design rendering). I waited. And waited. I finally called on Monday, June 18th. Got Tommy's voicemail and left a message. I waited again. Nothing again. I called on Thursday, June 21st. I got Tommy's voicemail again and left another message. I waited again. Nothing again. I finally got fed up and texted him on Monday, June 25th at 12:32 PM asking if my quote was ready. He finally replied at 4:58 PM on June 25th stating he wanted to call that evening to discuss the quote. I replied at 6:07 PM via text, again, asking again if the quote was ready and asking if something happened preventing him from replying before then. He called me. The call was essentially (paraphrased): "my bad, I was out of town the last two weeks, I don't have the quote (after pressure from me again to specify of a quote existed), I need more information, I need to talk to my plumber and come out with him but he's in south Georgia and I haven't been able to reach him for the past few weeks, can we schedule another day to come out together(?), I can give you a quote for just redoing the bathroom as is (*not helpful since he was already told that more space and an update was the desired outcome of the job*)...but, but, but, okay, let me know if you still want the quote (*this part was after expressing my distaste with the whole thing and that I would likely need to move forward with another company who already managed a quote*). I explained I would discuss with my husband over dinner and let him know. The next day, at 11:57 AM, I received a "breakup text" filled with empty platitudes summed up by this part, "...feel that we might not be able to help you guys out with your projects." I had to laugh. I sent back a simple, "That was our conclusion as well."

My mom used them. I live in Tampa but still go back and forth to Atlanta and got to see first hand what kind of work they do. Amazing place and love Tommy. He is a true artist. He refaced my mom’s cabinets and also did a new kitchen island for her. She lives in the North Metro area of Atlanta. Highly recommend them.
