        Very bad attitude and unfriendly. -- response to owner: No, I did not close at your firm, but my client did. I called on his behalf but whoever I spoke to answered the phone very unprofessionally mumbling "Meredith Shearer" without stating her name, and before I could finish talking, demanded I tell her who she's speaking to with a very unfriendly and aggressive tone. She then preceded to tell me she can't help me and can only help if the client calls himself with again, an unfriendly tone. I've never dealt with such a rude person at a title company.
