My experience with a Dependable was very positive. Eric, who was not repair man, was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Dependable'D cost is about the same as I would expect from any appliance repair business.

I'm very upset with the service provided by Dependable Repair Services. The technician did show up in a timely manner, so that's appreciated, but on inspection of my appliance his professionalism was less than desirable. The repair company apparently does not work with home warranty companies because they wouldn't even let the technician on site speak with my home warranty company and simply tell them the diagnosis and the quote. I asked if the office could talk with my home warranty company, to which the technician said yes but then he went outside to his car to call the office and ask. I was not privy to any of their conversation about my job/service so I have no idea what was actually discussed. I asked for the parts information on my appliance but the technician said he couldn't give to me but once I saw his notes on the diagnostic service invoice it stated he ran the parts through the blue book and came up with a quote... but somehow he couldn't provide the information to me. I'm very frustrated with the service and would not recommend anyone use this company.
